These Terms of Use apply to CreatorsToolbox accounts, the website, app, and community features.

Minimum Age and Account Eligibility

CreatorsToolbox is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. You must be at least 16 years old to register for, access, or use a CreatorsToolbox account.

During registration, all users must provide their date of birth and confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

CreatorsToolbox reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts if we reasonably determine that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement or has provided false age information, subject to applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to address suspected violations of this requirement. Providing a date of birth or checking an age-confirmation box does not guarantee eligibility if other information indicates that the requirement has not been met.

Registration Requirements

To create an account, you must:

• Provide a creator or display name.
• Choose an available, unique username.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Enter your date of birth.
• Create and confirm a password that meets the stated requirements.
• Confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
• Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
• Complete the required security verification.

Registration must be denied if the applicant is under 16, regardless of whether they check the age-confirmation box.

User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to any rights belonging to other people.

By uploading, publishing, or sharing content on CreatorsToolbox, you confirm that you created the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

You may not upload, publish, or distribute another person’s work without the rights or permission required to do so. Giving credit to the original creator does not replace permission when permission is required.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and our Community Guidelines.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not use CreatorsToolbox to:

• Publish sexually explicit content.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other members.
• Publish content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Impersonate other people or misrepresent their identity.
• Engage in scams, fraud, phishing, or other deceptive activities.
• Distribute malicious links or harmful files.
• Publish another person’s private information without authorization.
• Spam the community or manipulate engagement through deceptive methods.
• Engage in unlawful activity or other conduct prohibited by our policies.

Public and Private Sharing

CreatorsToolbox provides options for sharing selected creations through a Public Creator Page and a Private Invite Page.

You are responsible for selecting the creations you want to make available through each sharing destination.

Enabling a sharing page does not automatically make all your creations visible.

A Private Invite Page uses an unlisted link rather than a password-protected access system. Anyone who obtains an active link may be able to view the content assigned to that page.

Do not treat an unlisted link as confidential or use it to share content that must remain strictly private.

Enforcement

Violations of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, or account termination, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

CreatorsToolbox will handle enforcement in accordance with its published policies and applicable legal requirements.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not use another person’s account without permission or attempt to interfere with other accounts or systems.

Permissions to Operate the Service

You retain your rights in content you create and upload. You grant Creators Toolbox the permissions reasonably needed to store, process, display, transmit, resize, back up, and otherwise operate on that content to provide the service and show it to audiences you select.

Third-Party Tools and Services

Creators Toolbox can be used alongside third-party creative, AI, hosting, advertising, payment, and distribution services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Creators Toolbox is not responsible for the operation or output of unrelated third-party services.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

When paid subscriptions are offered, the price, billing period, and included benefits are presented at purchase. App-store purchases and renewals may also be subject to the store’s billing rules. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally misrepresent the benefits available at the time of purchase.

Service Availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We work to preserve user data and service continuity, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of every file.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Creators Toolbox is not liable for losses caused by third-party services, user content, unauthorized use outside our reasonable control, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy and Contact
