Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026. These terms apply to use of the Creators Toolbox website, app, signed-in community features and related services.

1. Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not use another person’s account without permission or use the service to interfere with other accounts or systems.

2. Your content

You retain your rights in content you create and upload. You grant Creators Toolbox the permissions reasonably needed to store, process, display, transmit, resize, back up and otherwise operate on that content so we can provide the service and show content to the audience you select.

3. Community sharing

Content you choose to share with the community can be displayed to other signed-in members according to the access level you select. Selected creations may also be featured as display-only examples on the public landing page. Do not share content or profile information with an audience you do not intend to reach.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, spam, malicious code, unauthorized access, disruption of the service, or activity prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

5. Third-party tools and services

Creators Toolbox can be used alongside third-party creative, AI, hosting, advertising, payment and distribution services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Creators Toolbox is not responsible for the operation or output of unrelated third-party services.

6. Subscriptions and paid features

When paid subscriptions are offered, the price, billing period and included benefits are presented at purchase. App-store purchases and renewals may also be subject to the store’s billing rules. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally misrepresent the benefits available at the time of purchase.

7. Moderation and account actions

We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or disable accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address security or abuse, respond to legal requirements, or protect the service and its users.

8. Service availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We work to preserve user data and service continuity, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of every file.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Creators Toolbox is not liable for losses caused by third-party services, user content, unauthorized use outside our reasonable control, or events beyond our reasonable control.
