Welcome to CreatorsToolbox!

We’re building a community where creators can share their work, discover new ideas, express themselves, and connect with people who share their creative interests.

To keep our community welcoming, inspiring, and safe, we ask every member to follow these guidelines.

💜 Rule 1: Be Respectful

Treat every member with kindness and respect.

• Respect different opinions, backgrounds, artistic styles, and creative interests.
• Offer constructive feedback rather than insults or personal attacks.
• Disagreements are okay; harassment is not.
• Do not bully, threaten, intimidate, or target other members.

Our goal: Everyone should feel comfortable sharing their work without fear of being ridiculed or mistreated.

🎨 Rule 2: Celebrate Creativity

CreatorsToolbox welcomes a diverse range of creative interests and artistic approaches.

Our community celebrates:

• 🎨 Traditional and hand-drawn artwork.
• 📸 Photography.
• 🖌️ Digital art and design.
• 👗 Fashion and beauty.
• 🧚 Fantasy and storytelling.
• ✨ Other permitted creative content.

Respect the different ways people express themselves. Do not harass, insult, or demean someone simply because their creative process or artistic style differs from yours.

🖼️ Rule 3: Respect Ownership and Copyright

Every creator deserves respect for their work.

• Do not claim another person’s creations as your own.
• Do not upload, publish, or share another person’s work unless you own it or have the necessary rights and explicit permission to share it.
• Give credit to original creators when appropriate.
• Respect copyright, licensing requirements, and applicable intellectual property laws.
• Do not remove watermarks or creator credits to misrepresent ownership.
• Do not use another creator’s work in ways that violate their rights or applicable licenses.

Remember: Sharing inspiration is encouraged, but copying, misrepresenting, or republishing another person’s work without the required authorization is not.

🛡️ Rule 4: Keep Content Appropriate

All content shared on CreatorsToolbox must comply with our content policies and applicable laws.

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content or activities.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Threats, targeted harassment, or intimidation.
• Hate speech or attacks targeting individuals or groups.
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes.
• Malicious links, phishing attempts, or harmful files.
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or legal rights.
• Other content prohibited by our Terms of Use.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their uploads and interactions comply with our platform rules.

Our goal is to provide a creative environment where members can express themselves while respecting the safety and rights of others.

🚫 Rule 5: No Spam or Misleading Behavior

Keep CreatorsToolbox focused on creativity, genuine connections, and meaningful participation.

Members must not:

• Flood the community feed with repetitive or disruptive posts.
• Use deceptive tactics to manipulate engagement.
• Impersonate another creator or misrepresent their identity.
• Mislead members about the content, products, or services they offer.
• Repeatedly send unsolicited promotional messages.
• Post fraudulent links or phishing attempts.
• Use the platform to deceive, exploit, or defraud other members.

Creative promotion is welcome where permitted, provided it follows our rules and does not become spam.

CreatorsToolbox is a community, and every member helps shape the experience.

We encourage everyone to:

• Give thoughtful and constructive feedback.
• Share helpful tips, knowledge, and inspiration.
• Ask questions and learn from others.
• Encourage new creators.
• Celebrate other members’ achievements.
• Participate in meaningful discussions where available.
• Help create an environment where people feel welcome to express their creativity.

You don’t have to be an expert to belong here. Whether you’re sharing your first creation or have years of experience, there’s room for you to grow.

🔒 Rule 7: Protect Privacy

Respect the privacy, personal information, and boundaries of other members.

• Do not publish another person’s private information without authorization.
• Do not share private conversations or personal information in ways that violate privacy, applicable laws, or our policies.
• Do not impersonate another member.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account without authorization.
• Report suspicious accounts, links, or activity through available reporting channels.
• Be mindful of the information you choose to share publicly.

A reminder about private invite pages: Unlisted pages are accessible to anyone who obtains the active invitation link. Only share content you are comfortable making available to people who have that link.

🚩 Rule 8: Report Problems

Help us maintain a respectful and safe creative community.

If you encounter harassment, inappropriate content, impersonation, suspicious activity, or another violation of these guidelines, please use the reporting or contact options available on the website.

Use the reporting feature, if available, to provide relevant details about the issue. Reports will be handled according to our established moderation procedures.

Please report genuine concerns responsibly. Do not use reporting tools to target or retaliate against other members simply because you disagree with them.

Publish the Report a Problem button only after confirming that submissions reach the appropriate destination.

⚖️ Rule 9: Enforcement

Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in appropriate action, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Possible actions include:

• Removal of content that violates our policies.
• A warning or request to correct the behavior.
• Temporary restrictions on account features.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations.

CreatorsToolbox reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with its published policies and applicable laws.

Any appeal process will be described in the applicable platform procedures if such a process is available.

Our goal is to protect the community while applying our guidelines fairly and consistently.
