Step 1: Create Your Account

📝 I. How to Create Your CreatorsToolbox Account

Ready to join our creative community? Follow these simple steps to create your free account!

Step 1: Visit Our Website 🌐

Open CreatorsToolbox.app in your browser.

Step 2: Click Join Now 💜

On the main page, you have two ways to get started:

• Join Now: Click the prominent purple button in the middle of the page.
• Join Free: Click the button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

Both options will take you to the account registration page.

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form ✍️

On the Join Creators Toolbox page, enter the following information:

• Creator / Display Name: Enter the name you want displayed on your creator profile.
• Unique Username: Choose your unique @username. Your username must contain 3–30 letters, numbers, or underscores and begin with a letter. It must also be available and unique across CreatorsToolbox.
• Email Address: Enter your email address.
• Date of Birth (Required): Enter your date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Password: Create a password containing at least eight characters.
• Confirm Password: Enter your password again to confirm it.
• Age Confirmation: Check the box to confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
• Terms & Policies Agreement: Check the box to agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
• Security Verification: Complete the security verification to help protect your account.

Step 4: Create Your Free Account 🎉

Click Create Free Account at the bottom of the form to submit your registration.

Follow any additional instructions displayed on the website to finish setting up your account.

Step 5: Welcome to CreatorsToolbox! 💜

Once your registration is complete, you can start exploring the community, personalizing your creator profile, sharing your creations, and discovering what other creators are making!

CreatorsToolbox is a place to showcase your own original artwork and creative ideas. You may only upload, publish, or share content that you created yourself or that you have explicit permission and the necessary rights to share. You must also have access to the content and be authorized to share it.

Before sharing, please make sure:

• 🎨 It’s yours to share: Only post your own artwork or content you have permission and the legal right to share.
• 🔐 You have sharing rights: Having access to an image, prompt, or other content does not automatically mean you have permission to republish it.
• 🚫 No sexually explicit content: Sexually explicit images, videos, and other content are not permitted on CreatorsToolbox.
• 🤝 Respect other creators: Do not repost, copy, or claim someone else’s work as your own.
• ✅ Follow our guidelines: All uploads must comply with our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

How to Share

3. Upload your original artwork or other permitted content.

4. Add a title or description.

5. Review your content and publish when ready.

Only share content you own or are authorized to share, and ensure it follows CreatorsToolbox’s content guidelines.

Editing your profile

Open your creator profile and choose Edit Profile to manage your display name, unique username, bio, profile image, background and showcase photos. Use the background gear icon on your own profile to adjust fit/fill, portrait display and rotation. Showcase photos can be managed from Edit Profile and the three-dot menu on your profile. Save changes when required.

Public and private sharing

Enable your Public Creator Page for publicly selected creations, or your Private Invite Page for creations shared using an unlisted link. Enabling a page does not automatically publish every creation. Choose each creation’s destination separately. Anyone with an active private invite link may access its contents; it is not password-protected.

Account security

Use your account settings to change your password or review account management options.

• Do not upload, publish, or share another person’s work unless you own it or have the necessary rights and explicit permission to share it.

• Respect copyright, licensing requirements, and applicable intellectual property laws.
• Do not remove watermarks or creator credits to misrepresent ownership.
• Do not use another creator’s work in ways that violate their rights or applicable licenses.

Remember: Sharing inspiration is encouraged, but copying, misrepresenting, or republishing another person’s work without the required authorization is not.

All content shared on CreatorsToolbox must comply with our content policies and applicable laws.

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content or activities.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Threats, targeted harassment, or intimidation.
• Hate speech or attacks targeting individuals or groups.
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes.
• Malicious links, phishing attempts, or harmful files.
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or legal rights.
• Other content prohibited by our Terms of Use.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their uploads and interactions comply with our platform rules.

Creative promotion is welcome where permitted, provided it follows our rules and does not become spam.

• Do not publish another person’s private information without authorization.
• Do not share private conversations or personal information in ways that violate privacy, applicable laws, or our policies.
• Do not impersonate another member.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account without authorization.
• Report suspicious accounts, links, or activity through available reporting channels.
• Be mindful of the information you choose to share publicly.

A reminder about private invite pages: Unlisted pages are accessible to anyone who obtains the active invitation link. Only share content you are comfortable making available to people who have that link.

Help us maintain a respectful and safe creative community.

If you encounter harassment, inappropriate content, impersonation, suspicious activity, or another violation of these guidelines, please use the reporting or contact options available on the website.

Use the reporting feature, if available, to provide relevant details about the issue. Reports will be handled according to our established moderation procedures.

Please report genuine concerns responsibly. Do not use reporting tools to target or retaliate against other members simply because you disagree with them.

Publish the Report a Problem button only after confirming that submissions reach the appropriate destination.

⚖️ Rule 9: Enforcement

Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in appropriate action, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Possible actions include:

• Removal of content that violates our policies.
• A warning or request to correct the behavior.
• Temporary restrictions on account features.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations.

CreatorsToolbox reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with its published policies and applicable laws.

Any appeal process will be described in the applicable platform procedures if such a process is available.

Important Sharing Information

Enabling a page does not automatically make every creation available through it.

Individual creations must also be selected for the appropriate destination.

Anyone with access to an active unlisted invite link may be able to view the content assigned to that page, so the link should not be treated as password-protected or confidential.

Review your selections carefully before sharing your page with others.

Additional features may be available depending on current membership options. Check the website for eligibility, features and any applicable subscription terms.
